Fundraising Report: Tim Bosch Fund
It’s time to celebrate and praise God!!
In June, we let you know about a $40,000 gap in our 2020-21 fundraising goal for Inclusion. Right away, an unexpectedly high number of gifts came in. Then, on June 29, a family stepped up and offered a $15,000 match. Our community overwhelmingly responded with a renewed commitment to Student Support Services (Inclusion) at ZCS, and that match was met in less than 48 hours! Thank you!
And then, we received a significant donation from local business Walters Gardens, which is owned by a multi-generational ZCS family who has been a faithful supporter of inclusion at ZCS.
Their gift, along with 168 other families who gave, brings the total amount raised to $184,000! God, thank you for your abundant blessing through your people. We are so grateful to all of our grandparents, parents, community members, and businesses who gave.
When you include the amount given by ZCS families to Support Services through the enrollment give-back, the total raised is over $200,000 by 223 families.
All money raised will go into the Tim Bosch Fund, named in honor of Tim Bosch, a ZCS alum born with Brittle Bone Disease who wasn’t supposed to live long but is now an engineer for Stellantis (Chrysler). This fund will be used to offset the cost of Student Support Services annually.
Total community support is how inclusion has to work – and it’s because of you and people like you it continues to work at Zeeland Christian, for now, the 34th year.
Would you please join us by taking a moment sometime today to thank God for his provision and blessing?
Burn Bright!
