Parent/Student Expectations
For Student Arrivals & Dismissals

New Middle School Electives

Were emailed on August 19th and given to students on 8/26/24.

 

Elective Change Request

Need to make a change to your student's schedule? Please complete an elective change request form.

 

A Note From Our School Nurse

Please review the various forms necessary for students who will need to take medication at school OR for students who suffer from seizures, allergies, migraines, and/or asthma. Please print form, complete with physician signature, and submit to the school nurse at RAMS fest or by first day of school, Contact Nurse Lindsey Wagenmaker, lwagenmaker@zcs.org.

Overnight Camp 6th & 7th Grade
If your child needs medication for overnight camp (including over the counter medication ie;tylenol, motrin, melatonin, benadryl) a medication form needs to be signed by a provider and brought to school no later than 48 hours prior to the overnight field trip.  Please see the teacher email for medication form, ZCS website under School Forms.

Medication DropOff for Overnight Camp
Medication needs to be in original container/bottle (no ziploc bags), labeled with the student's name, and only the amount of medication/tablet(s) needed for camp. Please drop off physician signed form and medication to the front office no later than 48 hours prior to overnight field trip.
